We use the town’s public planning records to map development projects, rezoning petitions, annexations, and other planning cases. Each day, we attempt to refresh a saved snapshot of those records and their linked documents. This map displays the most recently published snapshot; it does not update live as the town makes decisions. The refresh date appears in the header.
Colored footprints show project boundaries from the town’s data, which may span multiple parcels. Colors reflect the recorded project status. Records that only provide a location appear as dots. You can filter planning categories and statuses, and toggle town limits and ETJ boundaries for context.
We save copies of linked town PDFs and create full-page image previews so you can browse one page at a time. The viewer starts at the final page, where newer submissions and drawings often appear. Use the slider, arrows, or swipe to explore the rest. Pages are shown intact and are not summaries or interpretations. Some document links may be unavailable, and some previews may be older than the source PDF.
Public records and this snapshot can lag decisions. A project status or drawing does not guarantee what will ultimately be built. Records may lag official decisions. Check the town’s documents for the latest information. Follow the original documents and the town’s official map for current details.
The base map uses OpenStreetMap contributors’ data. Street addresses you submit are sent to the U.S. Census geocoder for lookup. Optional “My location” uses your browser’s location permission to position the map; those coordinates stay in your browser. The application does not store your address searches or location.
